Ways To Request Service

  • In the event of an emergency please call 911 for the Fire Department, Police Department or Emergency Medical Service

  • Emergency Service Requests and routine service requests can be logged 24 hours a day 365 days a year by calling 508-476-7862.

  • Emergency service requests will be addressed immediately

Emergency Service Requests

  • If you are locked out of your apartment call the Management Office at 508-476-7862. There are charges associated with after hours lock-out services.

  • No hot water               

  • No heat                          

  • No electricity

  • Gas leaks

  • Broken windows

  • Fires                                 

  • Floods

  • Natural disasters

  • Sewer back-ups

  • Security door lock issues (entry and apartment doors)

  • Refrigerator issues (where loss of food could occur)

  • Clogged toilets (if the apartment has only one)

  • Water leaks (where harm to resident or property could occur)
